Typical production time on promotional products will range from 3 - 14 business days, depending on the product. We recommend placing your order as soon as you are aware of your need to ensure on-time delivery. Production time can sometimes be shortened at an increased price including rush charges. Overnight delivery or drop shipment is available and will be added to your invoice if selected.

When I submit art or logos for imprinting, what formats are acceptable and why?

Artwork for imprinting should be submitted in EPS or Adobe Illustrator format. PDF Files, JPGs, BMPs, GIFs, and TIFFs are not acceptable formats for imprinting. If text is included in your Artwork or Logo, please be sure it has been converted to outline to avoid rework fees.

NOTE: Artwork should be original file and not a conversion from one of the unacceptable formats. JPGs, GIFs, etc. are compressed formats that cannot be converted back to full vector-based resolution to meet the above requirement.

Bitmap images are defined by a precisely "mapped" collection of individual dots or pixels of various colors. EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files define graphics using mathematical algorithms that allow for scaling and modification without a loss of image resolution.
